Morgan built VFG's People & Talent function from the ground up and now runs it across all office locations, supporting employees through a period of rapid growth and outside investment. She leads all of People & Talent at VFG, including hiring, compensation, and performance management.
She builds the infrastructure first: defined levels, clear performance standards, and hiring that stays ahead of the work rather than chasing it.
